If you're not satisfied with our product, you can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved after we inspected it, we will issue refund to your original payment card or issue a credit for an exchange.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning any item.

• Yes it does. We do NOT edit on the Color or Brightness of the rug. The pictures shown were taken during the day ( Natural light only ). We try to show the Rug as it is, as much as we can, so you can receive it exactly the way expected it.
  We did our best to capture accurate colors, but please kindly note that colors can vary based on display screen, and lightning. Not all computer monitors are created equal. Therefore there may be color variations from monitor to monitor. We would be happy to provide more pictures and video if needed!

There will be no extra hidden fees! The price you see is what you pay for exactly, no more. Any other customs or duty fees will be already been taken care of by our side. Additional, Since there is free trade agreement between Morocco and USA, there will be NO customs fees imposed to any rugs shipped from Morocco. Under this agreement most Moroccan goods including artisans enter the United States duty free 😊

  As any Vintage handmade products and due to the age of the vintage rug, please note that All Vintage rugs might show few signs of longevity (long existence). They might have slightly worn, faded, or have minor imperfections adding to the character of the item. That makes them more beautiful and more unique. These are the Norm with all Vintage Products and represents that they are Genuine and adds character to the products.
  If you want us to fix these imperfections spots on your behalf (if there is any), please let us know. We will be happy to do it for you. Some customers don't want us to do anything to the rug and ship it as it is, and others don't mind having these spot fixed.

• - Our goal is to create satisfied customers and maintain 5 stars rating review. We strive to offer the best quality rugs and home goods. To ensure 100% satisfaction we provide a 30-day return policy!
  -If you're not satisfied with our product for any reasons, please contact us immediately (within 7 days). We will do our best to solve the issue.
  -For your convenience, We offer two location (U.S & Morocco) to chose from in case we fail to meet your satisfaction. If you are in the U.S, you can pick our U.S address to ship your item back to us. A rug purchased from us can be returned within the USA or Morocco.
  Please be aware that the Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• We do accept customized and personalized order request. please send us the design or the text you choose and we will take care of it. The length of time it will take to customize your items will depend on the products you want, Quantities , and the nature or complexity of the your design.
  To start you request please click on " Request Custom Order " on the listing page and provide us the details or the design you want. we will replay within 24 hours with the estimate time of creating your new design and the new total cost if necessary.

• We have inventory stock in the USA and MOROCCO. Any customized rugs will be shipped from MOROCCO. The rest of the products are shipped either from Seattle (USA) OR Marrakesh, (Morocco), depending on the stock availability. If There is NO stock of the product you interested in in the US, we will then ship it from Morocco. Regardless where we ship our product from, we will always deliver it FREE and FAST between 2 to 5 business days maximum.

• We do accept wholesale request orders. In face, almost third of our sales came from wholesale merchandise. The wholesale pricing of our product are cheaper and different from the regular price. The buyer can benefit from the deep discount up to 40% off, depending on the Quantity and other details.
