Stuffing instruction

Our poufs are sold unfilled to ensure the lowest possible delivery prices anywhere in the world. Please contact us if you need the pouf shipped prefilled.

But do not worry, nothing is easier than filling a Moroccan pouf! You can use padding, towels, old clothes, newspapers, small balls of polystyrene, a mixture of all that ... Everything is good to fill your ottoman!

To stuff and refill the cushion yourself, Please use the bottom zipper and fill the footstool little by little starting at the bottom and the sides, then, fill in the center. Keep stuffing trying to make sure you are stuffing it evenly. When you can not fill the pouf anymore, zip it up, flip it over and roll it around to even it out. You can use any textiles material to stuff your footstool such as old useless clothes, towels, old blankets, newspapers, or any other poly fiber fill that you can purchase from any market. We recommend stuffing your cushion with an insert that is slightly larger to give it a plumper look or fill with craft fill to suit your required look.

Because leather is a natural material – dyed by hand, every ottoman/pouffe is unique and any minor flaws/imperfections are only characteristic of the materials and methods used and only add to the beauty and uniqueness of the product.

Customs fees and duties:

For US buyers: Regardless where we ship our products from, there will be no additional customs or duty fees. We have already taken care of this for you and we already imported some of the products listed from Morocco. Additionaly, Since there is free trade agreement between Morocco and USA, there will be NO customs fees imposed to our textiles products. Under this agreement most Moroccan goods including artisans enter the United States duty free.

For EU buyers: As any other product purchased outside EU region including UK, customers in this region might and might not be liable to pay additional Customs taxes once they receive the product . It is the buyer responsibility to check with Customs in their country about any import tax/duties/customs fee/carrier fee before buying.

Rest of the World: Please  Check with your countries customs department as each country has it own rules and regulation. Please note that customs fees aren't always applicable.
